Pay Saathi Innovations LLP operates Takkada. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, share, retain, and delete user data when businesses and their authorized users use Takkada.

We may process reminder content, WhatsApp communication metadata, support messages, and feedback submitted through Takkada.

2. How We Use Data

• To provide receivables tracking, payment reminders, collections, and reconciliation.
• To sync data with Tally and generate business reports and operational insights.
• To support GST, e-invoicing, and related compliance workflows where applicable.
• To provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and security.

3. How We Share Data

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share data only with service providers and partners involved in operating Takkada, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, messaging providers, analytics and monitoring vendors, and regulated financial partners when required to deliver the service.
